Thank you Sarah, for a most wonderful book! This book is fantastic. My personal favorite is that it provides both the scientific and spiritual explanations of how to expand and contract auras, cut cords, and how to accept or reject energy in our fields. The book gives practical advice and examples. For me, The Essential Empath, is a staple in my spiritual library. The information provided will never be considered outdated, and I often carry it in my tote when I am entering a challenging environment.
